About

Claire Good, Functional Medicine Health Practitioner, is a seasoned health strategist and clinical health educator who helps people with chronic conditions restore vitality, balance hormones, regulate their nervous systems, and create sustainable lifestyle change. She blends functional medicine principles with evidence-informed lifestyle, movement, and behavior change strategies to meet patients where they are and guide them confidently forward.

Claire earned her National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) and is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach with Functional Nutrition Specialist (FMCHC-FNS). Her approach centers on root-cause thinking, practical implementation, and building resilience rather than quick fixes.

 

In addition to her clinical coaching credentials, Claire brings deep somatic and movement expertise as an ERYT-500 Yoga and Meditation Teacher (ERYT500, YACEP), Trauma-Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Mindset Certified Coach, Ayurveda Coach and TRX Yoga & Pilates Instructor. She skillfully integrates nervous system regulation and embodied awareness into her programs and coaching to support sustainable change and self-regulation. Claire teaches yoga classes and workshops for all levels of practitioners. She integrates both ancient philosophy and modern science in her teachings. Claire helps her students repair their nervous systems and anchor in their calm, steady center by harmonizing body, mind and breath.

Her wellness journey began through her own health challenges, where she discovered the power of supportive education, compassionate coaching, and mindful embodiment. That experience shaped her client-centered style — one that is grounded, reflective, practical, and deeply empowering.

Claire is the Health Strategist for Good Medicine
