Claire Good, NBC-HWC, FMCHC-FNS, ERYT500, YACEP has been teaching yoga since 2012 and coaching since 2019. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Claire blends a holistic approach to coaching with yoga, meditation, and functional medicine. Her personal health journey led Claire to explore coaching for herself. She saw huge progress when she felt supported, heard and empowered to make decisions that positively impacted her wellness.

Claire creates a client-centered, supportive space for self-reflection and self-regulation, helping clients gain access to the clarity and confidence needed to make healthy decisions and manifest the lives they long for.
Claire first discovered yoga in high school as a complement to her ballet training. She later realized the powerful impact of yoga as a mind/body healing art through her training programs at Sri Yoga in Dayton, OH, and Sangha Yoga Institute in Kalamazoo, MI.​ As an ERYT-500 Yoga and Meditation Teacher, YACEP, and certified TRX Yoga and Pilates instructor, Claire teaches yoga classes and workshops for all levels of practitioners. She integrates both ancient philosophy and modern science in her teachings. Claire helps her students repair their nervous systems and anchor in their calm, steady center by harmonizing body, mind and breath.
In 2018, Claire became an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach and went on to complete her Yoga Mindset Coaching (YMC) training in 2019. She earned her Functional Medicine Health Coach Certification in 2020 and achieved National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach in 2022. In 2025, Claire further expanded her expertise as a Certified Functional Nutrition Specialist.
Claire is the Health Strategist for Good Medicine
and the Health Coach for Live Well Gastro.
